Our existence came about when one of
us got the infamous "DISK READ
ERROR" on our own ps2. We
called ©Sony to let them know of
our problem and they told us, to
send it in with $120. We were
outraged, especially since we had
just spent over $300. So we
decided to open it up and see if
maybe we could fix it, since we both
have degree in electronics. After some
troubleshooting we were able to fix
the ps2.
From
there we thought how many other
people were probably having the same
problem. So we did some
research to try to find some of the
most common problems on the
ps2. We have now been selling
our guide for over 2 yrs in Ebay.
There we have been able to
purchase broken and used ps2 systems
so we could cover the different
versions of the ps2.
We
are the ORIGINAL owners of
this guide, many others have
purchased ours and tried to imitate,
but have yet to even compete with
ours. We included everything
needed such as step by step
procedures and pictures. You
may save a buck or two with others,
but in the long run you probably end
up paying more, because they wont
explain everything and they might
make you buy a part you don't really
need.
