Game System Repair Guides: Policies

Return Policy

To return a product at Game System Repair Guides, you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. No Returns will be taken after 7 days. This can be done by contacting our service department at repairguides@ameritech.net. You can only get a return on physical products (cd, dvd, etc..) No returns on digital downloads. 

To request a return:
24 hrs a day, 7 days a week 
By e-mail:
repairguides@ameritech.net

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Product
- Email address used to pay
- Nature of the problem

In general, Game System Repair Guides accepts returns on CDs within 7 days. However, Game System Repair Guides reserves the right to deny the rights for a return. 

  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Game System Repair Guides on returned items, and Game System Repair Guides will pay the shipping charges on the replacement  item(s) going back.
  • There is a 15% fee for any returns.

Returns within 7 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at Game System Repair Guides discretion.
